While it lacks the opulence of other lodging choices at the Buhoma trailhead, such as Volcanoes Bwindi Lodge or Sanctuary Forest Camp, the lodge nevertheless has a distinct personality, and the service is superb.

Lodging is offered in ten chalets including large windows, en suite bathrooms, and private verandas with amazing views of the forest. The chalets are positioned to enjoy views of the surrounding vast forest and have a treehouse-like look due to their high platform construction. The cabins are a decent size, with twin or double beds. There’s also a two-bedroom family hut available.
The main building, which is composed of wood and thatch, includes a pleasant dining and lounge area, a restaurant, and a bar that offer mouthwatering food that our guests can’t stop talking about.
