It is true that Apoka Safari Lodge is a component of Kidepo National Park. Savannah grasslands stretch for kilometres around your accommodation, and it’s not unusual for elephants, giraffes, and zebras to stroll past. Each of Apoka’s ten roomy suites features two queen-sized beds, a private en suite bathroom, a private veranda and a sizable outdoor stone bathroom that’s the ideal place to unwind and take in the scenery after a tiring day of sightseeing. A sizable centre structure houses the eating room, bar and communal lounge space, all of which open into a swimming pool. It goes without saying that the vistas are breathtaking from here.

Located in northeastern Uganda, Apoka Safari Lodge features ten roomy canvas accommodations arranged around a rocky outcrop known as a kopje, providing breathtaking views of the Kidepo Valley. Situated in the centre of the park, it is the only lodge there. The lodge’s riverfront location makes it a perfect starting point for exploring the park and taking in its remarkable inhabitants.
