Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Arrival – Kigali International Airport.
One of our tour guides will meet you when you arrive at Rwanda’s Kigali International Airport and take you to your accommodation. Depending on when you arrive, you will visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre and take a city tour that will introduce you to the history and culture of this nation of a thousand hills.

Day 2: Transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park.
Enjoy your breakfast in the morning before departing the hotel for the Western Province. En route, stop by the Southern Province’s Royal Palace Museum and Ethnographic Museum. You go to Nyungwe Forest National Park after lunch.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking in Nyungwe.
You visit the park office to find out more about the 13 different species of chimpanzees that inhabit the forest before embarking on the chimpanzee trek. After lunch, we go along the canopy walkway in Uwinka.

Day 4: Colobus Monkey Tracking – Tea Plantation Visit.
After breakfast, you follow colobus monkeys, tour a tea plantation, and then go to Kibuye, which is situated by Kivu Lake and offers a breathtaking perspective of the nation of a thousand hills.

Day 5: Return to Kigali – Departure.
After Breakfast, go for a boat ride and visit different islands in the Kivu Lake. After you visit the environmental museum in Kibuye before heading to Kigali for your departure flight.
