Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Our guide will take you up from your accommodation at 7:00 am, drive to Mbarara, make your first photo stop at the equator, drive to Mbarara for lunch, and then continue on to Queen Elizabeth National Park, spending a large portion of the trip following the ethereal Rwenzori Mountain range. Views of lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, hyenas, and many antelope species can be seen on a game drive along the way.

Accommodation: Mweya Safari, Katara Lodge, Kyambura Gorge Lodge, Enganzi Lodge.

Meals: (Lunch, Dinner).

Day 2: Morning Game Drive – Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel.

An early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile gives guests great chances to observe lions, leopards, giant forest hogs, elephants, Cape buffaloes, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Topi and Bush bucks, and many other animals. The day starts early with a cup of coffee. After breakfast and lunch, head back to the lodge for a boat ride along the Kazinga Channel, a natural channel between Lake Edward and Lake George. This launch cruise is one of the highlights of your Uganda wildlife safari to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you can see a variety of wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, and hundreds of hippos cooling off on the shores.

Day 3: Return to Kampala – Departure.

After your early morning breakfast, head for a guided primate walk in Kyambura gorge for chimpanzee tracking and among other. After primate walk, drive through Fort Portal. Return to Kampala arriving late evening to catch up your flight back home.
