Day 1: ARRIVAL IN DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA
Arrival at Dar es Salaam International Airport. Soon after clearing all the immigration procedures at the airport, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at Slipway Hotel (luxury) or Tiffany Hotel (mid-range), bed and breakfast included.
Day 2: DAR ES SALAAM – SELOUS GAME RESERVE
In the morning after breakfast, pick up from the hotel and leave for Selous Game Reserve for the safari. It’s an enjoyable safari that will stop at the lodge for hot lunch. After lunch embark on an afternoon game drive in the reserve. In the evening, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight, Selous Kinga Lodge (luxury) or Kiboko Camp (mid-range), full board included.
Day 3: SELOUS GAME RESERVE
Full day game viewing in the reserve by participating in some classic – style game drives – exploring the bush in open 4x 4 vehicles. Wildlife in this undisturbed nature includes waterbuck, southern reed buck, bushback, sable antelopes, lion, greater kudu, etc. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Selous Kinga Lodge (luxury) or Kiboko Camp (mid-range), full board included.
Day 4: SELOUS GAME RESERVE
After breakfast, start your walking safari guided by an armed ranger in the reserve. Enjoy the sights and sounds (and smells) of a walking safari that will live long in your memory. The thrill of creeping up to animals to “shoot” them with your camera is a great experience. In the afternoon after lunch, enjoy an amazing boat safari where you will explore the different channels and lakes of the Rufiji River System, surrounded by hippos and crocodiles. The day will be concluded by having your delicious meals and overnight stay at Selous Kinga Lodge (luxury) or Kiboko Camp (mid-range), full board included.
Day 5: SELOUS GAME RESERVE – DAR ES SALAAM
Enjoy a morning game drive in the Selous Game Reserve. Early lunch at the camp then depart for Dar es Salaam, Slipway Hotel (luxury) or Tiffany Hotel (mid-range), bed and breakfast included.
Day 6: TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT
Transfer from the hotel to Kilimanjaro International Airport, arrive at the airport on time as indicated on the flight tickets.
