Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Our driver guide will pick you up from your hotel or any other location where you reside to begin your 5-day wildlife safari tour in Uganda. He or she will then give you an overview of the safari. Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
After starting your day with a packed lunch and an early breakfast, your driver guide will take you to the starting site so your guide can give you a briefing. After receiving a guide to help you follow gorillas, you can start your expedition. Depending on how these gentle giants move, the time required and the terrain can vary from one to eight hours. The excitement of finally meeting in person eases the agony of an occasionally difficult and drawn-out journey. Though every encounter is unique and has its own rewards, you can probably expect to see the adults grooming, feeding, and resting up close while the children playfully romp and swing from vines. You have the option of continuing to unwind at the lodge or going on a stroll around the Batwa community in the evening, which will allow you to meet the locals, discover how they live, and see them perform traditional music and dances. Return back to the lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast, head for the Ishasha area, which is the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This region, which UNESCO has designated as a Biosphere Reserve for Humanity, is one of Uganda’s biggest natural resources. It borders the western section of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, as well as Kazinga Channel, Lake George, and Lake Edward. You will check into the lodge after travelling through the Ishasha region in search of the lion tree climbing. After lunch, enjoy a two-hour launch cruise along the Kazinga Channel. Along its banks are schools of hippos, buffalo, and elephants, all abundant in this canal that connects Lakes Edward and George. Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking – Evening Game Drive
You will head out with your tracking equipment for chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge, which is still part of Queen Elizabeth National Park, after breakfast early in the morning. While tracking, you will descend a gorge and see views of a chimpanzee population living in a vibrant, lush tropical forest that is below sea level. It is difficult to hike the steep slopes of the gorge in pursuit of the chimpanzees, but if you do, you will be rewarded with a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You will see the olive baboons and the black and white colobus monkeys, as well as the chimps rolling on tree branches and making panting cries. Usually, the hike takes two to five hours. Return to the resort for lunch, then go on an evening game drive in search of wildlife.
