DAY 1: ARRIVAL – NAIROBI
Upon your arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be received by a Gorilla Adventure Tours representative who will brief you on the 12 Days Magical Kenya Safari Adventure and then transfer you to Nairobi Serena Hotel or similar for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 2: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast depart for Amboseli National Park at the foot of glorious Mt. Kilimanjaro. Take afternoon game drive in park. Overnight at the lodge.
DAY 3: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Take morning and afternoon game drives with a visit to Observation Hill. Overnight at the lodge. (Amboseli Serena Lodge or similar.
DAY 4: AMBOSELI – ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast depart for Nairobi arriving in time for lunch at a local restaurant. Proceed to Aberdare National Park. Check in at base hotel and later on clients will be transferred to Tree lodge for overnight. Overnight game watch from the terrace of your rooms.(Treetops Lodge or The Ark)
DAY 5: ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK – SAMBURU GAME RESERVE
After breakfast depart for Samburu Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. After brief relaxation, take an afternoon game drive in the park in search of braving lions in the grass, leopards in the trees, Somali Ostrich, beisa Oryx and giant crocodiles liver-red reticulated giraffe, the long-necked gerenuk antelopes, and the elegant gravy’s zebra. Overnight at the lodge (Samburu Lodge or Samburu Serena Lodge).
DAY 6: SAMBURU GAME RESERVE
You will explore Samburu Game Reserve on morning and afternoon game drives. Overnight at the lodge. (Samburu Lodge or Samburu Serena Lodge).
DAY 7: SAMBURU GAME RESERVE – SWEET WATERS
After breakfast depart for Sweet waters game sanctuary arriving in time for lunch at the Camp. Take afternoon game drive in the park with a visit to Chimpanzee and Rhino sanctuary. Overnight at the camp (Sweetwaters Tented Camp).
DAY 8: SWEETWATERS – LAKE NAKURU
After breakfast at the lodge depart for Lake Nakuru National Park famous for its abundance flamingoes and also home to the rare water buck, pelicans, Rothschild giraffe, the black and the white rhino. Afternoon game drive in the park. Overnight at the lodge (Lake Nakuru Lodge).
DAY 9: LAKE NAKURU
Take morning and afternoon game drive in the park. Overnight at the lodge. (Lake Nakuru Lodge)
DAY 10: LAKE NAKURU – MAASAI MARA
After breakfast depart for the famous Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. Take an extensive afternoon game drive from 1600hrs – 1830hrs in search for Black manned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, buffalos and other plain games. Return to the Lodge for overnight. (Mara Serena Lodge or Keekorok Lodge).
DAY 11: MAASAI MARA
After breakfast, Take a morning and afternoon game drive in this vast Savannah grassland looking for the big five animals, visit Mara River whilst you watch crocodiles and hippos bathe in the river. After lunch visit the Kenya / Tanzania Border Stone. Overnight at the lodge (Mara Serena Lodge or Keekorok Lodge).
DAY 12: MAASAI MARA – NAIROBI
Early morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast depart with lunch boxes for Nairobi arriving late in the afternoon for flight back to home country.
